What do you think about the current economic climate? Are we sitting in the middle of an economic crisis? or perhaps we are on the brink of some major opportunities. That is certainly possible.

Ask yourself when do the wealthy invest? when the market is healthy and there is a boom? Hardly. Astute investors invest when the market is at it's bottom. The reason for this is that is the time when opportunity presents itself.

We have seen property on the Gold Coast go through this many times before. The people that were scared had knee jerk reactions. This caused them to sell when the market was low, after they purchased when it was high. When it comes to investing, it pays not to follow the crowd. Because the crowd is not wealthy.

The majority of people are not wealthy so why in heck would you follow what they have done.

Someone told me years ago that if you want to be like the Wealthy, you are better to do the opposite of what the poor are doing.

Maybe you are at a stage of realisation that perhaps what you have been doing is not correct. It simply may not be working. Don't loose hope. Just seek out people that can help you and more importantly, seek information and advice from people that have been in your situation before and who understand.
