New Investment Property
- Published 13/12/2008
Our new web site is nearing completion. We have a range of authors that will be writing articles on property in areas of Investment, finance, sustainable development, renovations and more.
You will notice in the coming weeks the added information that will help you in all areas of property investing. We will be also adding investment property videos. We will be adding expert interviews.
Our plans will be to make eProperty Investing to be the leading authority on Property Investing for South east Queensland. Our authors are considered experts in their fields, but more importantly how the information relates to South East Queensland.
We will be adding an area that will allow you to become a member and receive our eMagazine that you will not want to miss.
These are the areas we look forward to covering:
til then, all the best,

The Carbon era is upon us. Since our Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has ratified the Kyoto Protocol we now have a unanimous agreement among the Commonwealth Government and the State and Territory Governments to introduce a national greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme. We will see this coming into effect in 2010 most likely in the form of a Cap and Trade system and I will be posting the legislation as it is released but for now we have to sit and wait and see what they come up with.

Demand remained strong in all categories and, in all price brackets, indicating that considerable upside potential remains despite the gains that have been made over the past two years.
